Pricing on a remodeling can very widely depending on a few factors, such as
Quality of craftsmanship: While it may not take much money or time to remodel a full bathroom with the most basic flooring, water proofing, and features, the old saying rings true. you get what you pay for.
For a full bathroom remodel, including full demolition to the wall studs, floor joists, and ceiling, re working of all plumbing, electrical, and finish carpentry, you can safely assume to spend 15,000-30,000
This guide is meant to help you, the homeowner, base your project around your budget. These are all examples of how much a typical job costs in each price range. These prices include everything from the dump runs to the screws needed.
The examples included are based on a shower sized 3x4. A larger shower will cost more to install.
The only material we suggest the homeowner buys is the finish material such as tile and paint. However, if you would prefer us to buy and pick it up, that is fine. It just adds an extra step to the potential return process, and an extra charge for pick up/delivery.

What to expect: Tier 1
At this price point, you can expect minor demolition and project completion in typically 7-10 days. This is meant as a touch up to your area. Leaving your area looking generally the same.
This is a route we will often suggest when a homeowner has found water damage due to failing tile.

Tier 2
At this price you can expect a reasonable amount of demolition and project completion in 20-30 days. This is meant to change your area completely. We can change aspects of the room (remove non load bearing walls, add walls, change plumbing/ electrical locations etc.) leaving you with a new space to enjoy for years to come.

At this price point, we pull out all the stops. We will start with a design meeting, where we will discuss your vision for your area. After we have a good idea of what you want, we will make a rendering of the space, giving you the chance to make any changes after seeing your area.
At this price you can expect complete demolition, right down to the wall studs and floor/ceiling joists. Project completion in 30-45 days (including design segment). This is meant to be a masterpiece in your home, filled with custom work, high end accessories, and anything else you can think of. We can change aspects of the room (remove non load bearing walls, add walls, change plumbing/ electrical locations etc.)
